We delivered an end-to-end deployment sprint that included: 1. On-Site IT Services Deployed resources directly within RTA premises via collaboration with Trapeze (RTA-registered vendor). This ensured technical alignment, rapid implementation, and built confidence to entrust ISQ with IT service deliverables. 2. AI Camera Pilot Structuring Designed and installed driver monitoring cameras on Imdaad’s waste management trucks. Pilots provided real-time visibility into driver behavior, tested upgraded AI capabilities, and set metrics for fines reduction and accountability. 3. Behavior & Compliance Analytics Enabled real-time tracking of driver behavior to flag careless driving, assign responsibility for road fines, and reinforce accountability. 4. Embedded Local Representation Acted as the OEM’s on-ground business development partner, managing stakeholder relationships with RTA, Imdaad, and other fleet operators, while positioning the solution with end users in the UAE and KSA. 5. Procurement & Customer Base Expansion Established OEM credibility by securing pilots with RTA vendors, fleet operators, and waste management companies, paving the way for scale-up opportunities. 6. Regional Expansion Roadmap Partnered with a GPS tracker provider in Jeddah (KSA) to position a full in-vehicle AI driver monitoring system for integration into their vehicle scope. Outcomes: - Successful pilot deployment with Imdaad waste management fleet. - Improved accountability for driver-related fines and infractions. - Operational cost reduction through optimized driver behavior monitoring. - OEM customer base established in the UAE, with Imdaad satisfied and progressing toward full integration into its fleet platform. - RTA evaluation in progress for AI-enabled in-vehicle solutions, boosting ISQ’s credibility as a trusted IT services partner. - Regional positioning achieved in Saudi Arabia through collaboration with a GPS tracker provider in Jeddah.
